Delivery Options, Charges and Timescales

All orders of £50 or above qualify for FREE STANDARD DELIVERY within the United Kingdom Mainland. Orders dispatched using FREE STANDARD DELIVERY will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days from dispatch

EXPRESS delivery is available at £6.99 for items in stock. Orders dispatched via EXPRESS service will be delivered in 1 to 2 working days. Please note, EXPRESS delivery is only available for UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands.

An additional charge applies if delivery is required on a Saturday, please contact us to make any arrangements. Please note that the dispatch and delivery timescales excludes Sundays and Public Holidays.

Delivery Charges:

Orders will be delivered by courier, and the delivery charges are as follows:
UK Mainland Standard Delivery:
Orders valued under £50.00 carries £4.95 delivery charge.
Orders valued £50.00 and above are delivered free.
Rest of the UK & ROI:
All orders carry £9.99 delivery charge.
All orders carry £14.99 delivery charge.

UK Mainland EXPRESS Delivery:
All orders carry £6.99 delivery charge.

EXPRESS Delivery only available to Mainland UK locations, excluding the Scottish Highlands.

* Delivery timescale of orders for Republic Of  Ireland  is approximately 4-6 working days.
* *Delivery timescale of orders for EU countries(DE,FR,BENELUX) is approximately 5-7 working days.

The delivery costs will be converted to your selected currency during checkout at rates set with our merchant services.

Late Dispatch & Deliveries.

In the event that dispatch of your order is delayed, we will notify you. For out-of-stock items we aim to dispatch within 3-7 working days. If we are unlikely to be able to fulfill your order within this timescale we will contact you via email to make alternative arrangements.

During times of peak seasonal demand (especially at Christmas), we aim to maintain our excellent delivery service levels however there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, so please allow extra time for delivery.

For delays associated with our delivery service partners that are beyond our control, we will work with the delivery company to minimise the delay. We do not provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses caused by late or non-delivery.

Undelivered Orders & Redelivery.

If, for whatever reason, you are unavailable to sign for the products at the time of the attempted delivery from our carriers, they will leave you a card with tracking details and telephone number. You can contact the delivery service company to rearrange a new delivery date or you can collect it from your nearest depot.

In the event that your order is returned to us due to, for example, incomplete or incorrect address, not-called-for or unclaimed, we will notify you once received. You may request re-dispatch of your order or cancel your order.

For UK and international orders that are returned for the above reasons, we reserve the right to apply a charge for redelivery of the order or deduct our outgoing shipping charge from the refund.

Returns and Refunds.

Cancellation of Orders.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchases or it has not met your requirements, you have the option of returning it to us in its original new condition along with its manuals, guarantee card, and presentation material and packaging within 30 days of the date that you have received it. You will be eligible for an exchange or a full refund providing that it is deemed to be in its original condition when we have received it.
If you have ordered an item in error or changed your mind prior to dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to cancel your order and refund any payment made.
If your order has already been dispatched, please contact us and we will provide instructions for returning the item. In these cases the cost of returning a cancelled item is the customer’s responsibility. You will have the option of whether to keep the product or decide to return it. Please check the ‘Returning the Products’ section for more information regarding returns should you decide the latter.

Upon receipt of your delivery please check the item thoroughly and test it prior to fitting. We are unable to cover any fitting or unfitting costs if the light is found to be faulty after fitting. If you want a refund or exchange of a fitted light for any reason it will need to be unfitted and repackaged at your own cost.

Conditions of Returned Items.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your order remains as originally supplied and unused throughout the cooling off period or until we have received the return item.
We are unable to give you a refund or exchange under any circumstances if the item has been used or marked.

To assist us in processing your return(s) efficiently, please include a cover note stating why you want to return the product and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. Please also include your order or invoice number, or a copy of your original invoice.

The total cost of your refunds will credited to your card/account within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. Please be aware that, where applicable (e.g. international sales), your refund will have the cost of our original outwardly postage and packaging to you deducted. Please note that if you have chosen EXPRESS or Saturday delivery for your order, this cost is not refundable. If the item was not faulty or damaged and we have organised the return from our end (supplied postage label or arranged collection) your refund will have the cost of the return deducted.

Faulty or Incorrect Items.

In the unlikely event that the item you have received is defective or if you we have sent you the incorrect item(s), we will arrange for return and/or exchange.
For large and bulky items we will be able to arrange collection by our courier but if the item is not faulty or damaged the cost of this will be deducted from your refund.


All items supplied are new, with full manufacturer's warranties, please consult the provided manufacturer’s literature for detailed information regarding the duration of the warranty and what is and is not covered. In the event that your item develops a manufacturing fault and if the item is within the manufacturer’s guarantee period it is eligible to be repaired or replaced by them. The most efficient method of processing your guarantee claim is to deal directly with the manufacturer.
If any bulbs are supplied with the light these are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
